The Trek property is located in northwestern British Columbia, 160 km northwest of Steward. The property consists of 10 contiguous claims positioned within the Nova Gold/Teck Resources claim boundary and approximately 10.0 kilometers from the Galore Creek deposit. Prior exploration on the property identified both low-grade bulk tonnage porphyry Au-Cu mineralization and high grade massive suphide veins. In 2006, Romios carried out soil geochemistry, mapping and silt sampling programs on the property. Based on the positive initial results, further work was undertaken in 2007, and a very successful drill program mounted in 2008 and 2009 which resulted in the discovery of wide zones of gold-copper mineralization at the North Zone. Indications from exploration in 2009 suggest that the mineralization at the North Zone is related to a system that includes mineral showings and geophysical anomalies for 2.0 km in strike length.

Some of the highlights from the drilling are listed below:

  • Discovery hole TRK 08-01 intersected 32.0 metres 105 (feet) of breccia zone mineralization grading 1.05 g/t gold, 26.01 g/t silver and 2.06% copper contained within 131.4 metres (431 feet) interval assaying 0.39 g/t gold, 8.47 g/t silver and 0.61% copper (see Press Release October 22, 2008)
  • Diamond Drill Hole TRK-08-02 Intersects 3.27 g/t gold, 5.71 g/t silver and 0.31% copper over 27 metres (88.6 feet) contained within a 315.16 metres (1,034 feet) mineralized zone grading 0.51 g/t gold, 1.71 g/t silver and 0.10% copper (see Press Release November 5, 2008).
  • Hole TRK 08-03 intersected 32 metres (105.3 feet) assaying 0.34 g/t gold, 3.06 g/t silver and 0.31% copper. The hole was stopped prematurely due to fractured ground. The last 3.14 metres (10.3 feet) averaged 0.60 g/t gold, 3.59 g/t silver and 0.67% copper (see Press Release December 4, 2008).
  • Sampling of North zone cliff face averaged 0.49 g/t gold, 7.85 g/t silver and 1.39% copper over 250 metres (820 feet) by 50 metres (164 feet) (see Press Release October 2, 2008).
  • Extensions to the North Zone deposit [the Northeast and Upper Northeast zones] were discovered in 2008 approximately 350 metres (1,148 feet) and 490 metres (1,607 feet) respectively, northeast of the discovery hole TRK-08-01, to include four samples that averaged 5.15 g/t gold, 5.08 g/t silver and 4.18% copper (see Press Release December 18, 2008).
  • Hole TRK 09-01 intersected 151.0 metres (495.40 feet) of stringer-type pyrite and chalcopyrite mineralization which averaged 0.12% copper, 0.18 g/t gold and 1.18 g/t silver (see Press Release dated September 28, 2009 for this and the following TRK 09 diamond drill results).
  • Hole TRK 09-06 intersected a 5.5 metre (18.04 feet) interval of massive sulphide from 71.0 to 76.5 metres in the hole that assayed 8.49 g/t in gold, 4.10 g/t in silver and 0.14% copper; this and other zones of higher grade mineralization are contained within a thick envelope of pervasive copper-gold mineralization that assayed 0.11% copper, 0.40 g/t gold and 1.48 g/t silver over a continuous drill hole length of 208.0 metres (682.41 feet).
  • Hole TRK 09-07 intersected a 19.9metre (65.28 feet) width of mineralized breccia that averaged 1.16% copper, 0.12 g/t gold and 10.43 g/t silver occurring within a wider mineralized zone, 53.75 metres (176.35 feet) in width that averaged 0.51% copper, 0.11 g/t gold and 4.14 g/t silver.
  • Hole TRK 09-09 collared in mineralization and intersected a 159.0 metre (521.65 feet) zone that averaged 0.19% copper, 0.13 g/t gold and 1.06 g/t silver. Within this zone, a higher grade, 4.50 metre (14.76 feet) interval assayed 2.16% copper, 1.66 g/t gold and 12.03 g/t silver. This section included a 1.50 metre (4.92 feet) which averaged 5.22% copper, 4.67 g/t gold and 29.30 g/t silver.
2010 Planned Exploration Program

The planned 2010 Exploration program will consist of additional drilling to extend the North Zone mineralization intersected in the 2008 and 2009 drilling programs, a geochemical survey grid to the east of the deposit, and drilling at the Tangle zone.
